Our bronze Dancing shiva was casted by Nepalese artists in Kathmandu, Nepal.
Shiva, when in the form of dancing is known as Nataraja. it is important to keep in mind that Shiva as lord of Dance or performence (Nataraja) - nata meaning dance , and raja means king or lord. He has fourteen arrms and mostly found on his mount,Bull. In hindu culture , those who would like to take part in music, art and dance must worship lord nataraja before they undertake such venture. it is believed that , once they worship Lord Nataraja they will become perfect master in related field.
