Tibetan Tingsha, the meditation cymbal is a most practical instrument used to balance and relax the human mind. Tingshas are made of bell metal alloy known for superior resonate sound quality. These Tingshas are hand-cast by Nepalese artisans who engrave different symbols on them.

These Tingsha are embossed with the sacred mantra " OM MANI PADME HUM"( Hail the jewel in Lotus). It is the Mantra of avalokitesor, who is invoked to protect one from danger. One who recites this mantra will be protected from all danger and saved when in trouble. This mantra is widely used in every field of Buddhism.
